Property accommodations include ADA accessibility amenities, a fitness center and pool, outdoor gas fireplace, water feature in the lobby, business center and a large conference room that can partition into smaller breakout rooms when needed. The larger private suites have been designed with nearly 600-sf of space, featuring upgraded millwork, sophisticated décor, options for one or two-bed rooms and was built using eco-friendly construction methods based around ICF and concrete materials. The environmental upgrades will save the owner over $20,000 per year. Pathangay Architects also created space for photovoltaic panels to be installed on the roof in the future if warranted.
