- Description
This three-story temple features a steel frame and concrete shear wall structure with a full basement and a central multilevel spire topped with an angel Moroni statue. Interior spaces include training rooms, dressing rooms, offices, waiting areas, six sealing rooms, four instruction rooms, and a baptistry. The exterior combines ornamental glass windows with likenesses of local flora and coral-beige-toned architectural precast panels that complement the surrounding desert landscape. The grounds feature a palm tree-lined entrance boulevard and a grand plaza with multiple water features, shade structures, and drought-resistant plantings. Big-D self-performed the structural concrete work on the project.
