Sunroc and Sunpro Offices and Shop/Warehouse

This multi-function facility houses offices for both Sunroc and Sunpro along with a large eight-bay shop. The two-story office building features a central lobby, private offices, open office space, large and small conference rooms, copy-work stations, a training room, employee break room, and support spaces. The transition area between offices and shop is also two-story, including a fitness center, extensive storage, a shop office, and dedicated shop employee break room. The approximately 23,000-square-foot shop area includes a welding shop, oil and lube bay, paint booth, and truck wash bay. Multiple pull-through bays are served by compressed air and oil and lube systems.
