Sands Kia

This project consists of the ground-up construction of a new Kia dealership on an approximately 12.9-acre site. The facility will encompass roughly 47,000 square feet and include a modern showroom, customer amenities, and a full-service automotive service department. The building will feature a masonry exterior shell with a structural system comprised of steel joists and metal roof decking, topped with a high-performance foam roofing system. Designed to meet Kia’s latest brand standards, the dealership reflects the new generation of Kia facilities, incorporating elevated architectural elements, contemporary design features, and high-end interior and exterior finishes to deliver an enhanced customer and brand experience.
