Layton Ambulatory Surgery Center

This outpatient surgery center is located adjacent to Intermountain Health Layton Hospital. The single-story steel-framed building features a masonry exterior with metal panel and stone accents and a full-height glass curtain wall lobby. The facility includes four operating rooms, eight pre/post-operative rooms, three 23-hour recovery rooms, and six PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) rooms, along with sterile prep and decontamination areas and associated support spaces for staff and patients. Interior finishes are high quality and contemporary, with expansive glazing providing generous natural light throughout the lobby. The scope included all associated site improvements, with all work completed without interruption to the adjacent hospital.
