High Valley Transit Complex

The High Valley Transit Complex is the first new and permanent facility for High Valley Transit. The project will be delivered in phases and includes three single-story structures—a Maintenance Building, Bus Storage Building, and an Operations & Administration Building—as well as a fuel dispensing station; facility generator; bus charging facilities, and all associated site development. The Operations & Administration building will consist primarily of offices. The Maintenance Building will feature three maintenance bays, a bus wash bay, tire, parts and fluids storage, an office and employee break area, and support spaces. The Bus Storage Building will accommodate 24 buses and has hi-speed rollup doors on both ends, impact-resistant interior columns, and a small amount of support space. Big-D will self-perform the concrete scope of work on the project and the expected completion date for the last phase—the Operations & Administration Building—is spring of 2024.
